Service Overview
Network Device Management service covers configuration, hardening, monitoring and continuous maintenance of active network devices—router, switch, firewall, access point, load balancer and other network appliances—ensuring that the connectivity infrastructure is secure, performing and aligned with corporate security policies. Network devices are often the least updated and monitored component of the IT infrastructure, despite representing the primary control perimeter of business traffic.
We operate on equipment of the main vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, MikroTik, HPE Aruba) and on open source solutions (pfSense, OPNsense, VyOS), adapting the service to the technological reality of the customer without imposing unnecessary replacements.

Activities
The service includes: auditing of current configuration with gap analysis compared to CIS Benchmarks for devices in use; hardening of configurations (unnecessary service disability, secure management protocols, SNMPv3, administrative access with two-factor authentication, centralized logging); management of the firmware life cycle with scheduled patching; implementation and maintenance of segmentation policy and VLAN; continuous monitoring configuration with alerting on authentic events (links).
Deliverable
Documented inventory of managed devices, monthly report on the state of health and security of the infrastructure, logs of all changes made and baseline configurations archived with quick rollback version in case of malfunctions.
